The process to recruit NEW Delivery & Shore crew members for our Ocean Breeze VO70 is open to anybody over 18 years old, whatever your financial means, your social background, your nationality, your age, your religion, your physical appearance, etc...

There is no ideal person or typical Delivery & Shore crew member. We are interested in every age older than 18.
What is crucial... is your level of flexible free time, honesty, desire, interest, respect, determination, care & enthusiasm.
You need to be a team player & someone who is tolerant, forgiving, learning, understanding & supportive.
If you have those soft skills we can turn you into an accomplished “Delivery & Shore Crew member” on our VO70 ocean racer.

You won’t be asked for any financial participation to sail onboard VO70 Ocean Breeze. Delivery & Shore Crew members are volunteers.
The expenses you’ll have to pay for are: in the beginning transportation costs to and from the port of departure & food on land.
After you have been up graded to the next level, your transportation costs to and from the port of departure will be paid by the Team.

Nautica is the new "Crew Gear" partner of the Ocean Breeze Delivery & Shore Crew, and you are issued with appropriate Crew Gear

The process to recruit NEW Race crew for our Ocean Breeze VO70 is open to anybody over 18 years old, whatever your financial means, your social background, your nationality, your age, your religion, etc...

You need to be a team player & work together with the “Charter Crew” during the regattas in Europe and/or Caribbean.

You won’t be asked for any financial participation to sail onboard VO70 Ocean Breeze. Ocean Breeze Race Crew members are volunteers in their first year.

We carry for transportation costs to & from the port of departure. The only expenses you’ll have to pay for are: your personal food & drinks on land.

Helly Hansen is the technical clothing partner of the Ocean Breeze, and you are issued with appropriate technical clothing from the offshore sailing range.

Nautica is the new "Crew Gear" partner of the Ocean Breeze Race Crew, and you are issued with appropriate Crew Gear for Onboard, Shore & Ceremony.
